Vic Cotton, AMP

President, Avenue Financial / Managing Broker

Vic Cotton is a commercial and business finance specialist. He holds his Accredited Mortgage Professional designation.

He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals and studied Business Administration at Red River College. With over 30 years of developing and selling businesses there are few concepts that are beyond Vic Cotton’s scope of financing.

Dennis has overall responsibility for client liaison and satisfaction when it comes to the management of our client’s properties. Dennis is a member of the management team of Avenue Commercial and brings to the organization close to 30 years’ experience in the management, leasing, development, acquisition, and sale of a wide array of real estate including office, retail, and industrial properties. He has held senior positions with some of Canada’s largest and most respected landlords as well as a number of prominent third party management companies. Dennis holds the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager CPM® as a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management and The Real Estate Institute of Canada. In addition Dennis is past president of Calgary Chapter 4 of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, a past member of BOMA Calgary, Government Affairs Committee and past member of RECA (Real Estate Council of Alberta) Property Management Advisory Committee. Dennis is also a licensed Broker in the Province of Alberta.

Chris Konanz

Director, Information Technology

Chris Konanz has been with the Avenue Group of Companies for over 4 years now. He brings a varied and unique skill set to our team, specializing in almost everything that is technology based. From the typical network items including servers and workstations to more complex phone systems and VPNs, Chris has created a secure and efficient environment for us.

A talented graphic artist, web developer and network administrator, Chris has been vital to our company in not only keeping our existing systems in top shape but has added a number of valuable items to our portfolio. He has configured numerous video surveillance systems, custom digital directory boards and websites for us and our subsidiaries. With his background in marketing and design, he has been instrumental in the production of logos, business cards, signage and brochures.

Chris is also a fully licensed RPAS pilot and does amazing work with aerial video and photography.
